Returns
When you send your return to us, please remember to enclose your full contact details and order number (the packing slip you’ve received with your delivery should be just fine). Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Unwanted Items
Orange Toys is happy to accept back any unwanted items supplied to consumers for refund, within 28 days of purchase, providing the following terms are met:
- All packaging must be intact so that the item is in a re-saleable condition
- You are able to provide a valid proof of purchase – this can be your confirmation email or the invoice/packing note inside your delivery parcel.
- Return postage costs are covered by the customer (please also note that your original postage charge will not be included in the refund)
- Orange Toys Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- Where an item is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse redress.
Refunds of Unwanted Items
Once the unwanted item is received back to the warehouse it will be checked and granted it meets our return policy conditions we will then offer a refund for this item. Refunds will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item.
Faulty Items
We strive to ensure all your purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please refuse the delivery. Where the damage is not noticeable until you open your parcel.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights.
In all cases, items will be inspected and if confirmed as faulty we will issue a suitable form of redress (replacement/repair/refund).
If an item is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We will return such items to the customer at the customer’s cost.
In dispute items will be retained by us for 30 days from the date of notification to the customer that no fault has been found and may be destroyed by us after this time where the cost of re-shipping the item to the customer has not been received.
We suggest that before you return an item as faulty, please ensure you have checked the batteries (where this applies), please note that all our toys work best with alkaline batteries.
I've lost my receipt
Orange Toys stores will ask to see a valid till receipt before they are able to accept a toy back for either an exchange or a refund so remember to keep your receipt or proof of purchase safe.
