Now she is not only doing exercises, but she’s also dancing while doing that. It is good both for her body and her mind. When she is out of water, Lucky Yoyo prefers Latin Dance workouts, which make her relaxed and more flexible. The most important thing is to stretch before you begin. And it’s so nice to refresh yourself with a shower, put on your soft pink suit, get into the cozy corner of the fitness bar and sip an oxygen cocktail! Or enjoy some juice from cucumbers, ginger, and celery. It is about time to consider other fitness trends. She’s always liked bikes and water. So, maybe she should try a water bike?
